I’m trying to stay with the glass and make more pieces, but it seems like time is tight lately. I have made a few small pieces recently, plus I had a request for a larger mobile for Christmas gift purposes. Although I had a pretty good idea of what the project should be and had discussed the style/colors/size with the buyer, I have never really attempted to make something quite this large. It took some experimenting and a bit of time, but I’m pretty proud of how it turned out:

    Hey there — glad you like it! I was awfully nervous about shipping it, etc. but it turned out really well. Do you ever get nervous about how your creations will go over?

    Happy New Year to you too kiddo! I can imagine that shipping a glass piece that large would give one pause. As to if I get nervous about how my creations will go over…Naw! I make things that I like and if someone likes it too, great! and if not, someone else is out there that will. I hardly ever do special orders though.

    i love it! and it’s so big! and um, yeah. but i still like stamina and all, don’t get me wrong. i should shut up now.
