Maybe winter’s got you down… maybe you just want to look at some cool pictures instead of doing the laundry. Either way, I’ve got your back. The fine folks of Utata have presented their latest publication of a group project, Utata Fairs. And yes, I have a few images featured. So check it out.

Utata Projects: Fairs

Now everyone knows I love me some Mozart. Seriously. But am I the only one who’s getting a little tired of these ?

Where does the time go? Well that’s a question for another day, friends, because here are the latest entries in everyone’s favorite (really, it is.) online feature… Musical Questions … Answered:

1. Oddly enough, Bob Dylan has to check… “Is it rollin’, Bob?”
Answer: Yes, for the last time: IT IS ROLLIN’!! Get on with it already.

2. The Pet Shop Boys have the audacity to ask, “Which do you choose, the hard or soft option?”
Answer: I’m assuming we’re not talking about ice cream here…

3. That scamp Mick Jagger wants to know, “Whatsamattawitchuboy?”
Answer: Not that it’s any of your business, but I’ve got a bunion that is just killing me.

4. “Rock and roll hootchie-coo!” proclaims Rick Derringer…
Answer: Ok, that’s not even a question. But yes, I agree.

5. And finally, Alanis keeps asking, “Isn’t it ironic, don’t you think?”
Answer: Actually, no, no it’s not. But I’ll give you annoying.

Sometimes, all it takes is a headline like this to realize there are those with bigger problems:

Happa-happa-birthday, uh huh.

Elvis may have left the building, but his birthday is cause for celebration FOREVER. As you can see in this latest email received from my mom. Elvis was born today, January 8, 1935. Just a hunka hunka birthday love.

Incidentally, it’s also R. Kelly’s (Mr. Trapped in the Closet) birthday as well. One can only wonder how he’s marking the day. Somewhere… in a closet. Fellas, I smell a Broadway musical in our future…
