If you&#8217;ve never made your own quesadillas (and I&#8217;m sure you have because you&#8217;re resourceful), it&#8217;s really one of the easiest, most delicious things you can do for yourself. My methods vary (as they usually do with everything), but this one has: shredded roast chicken, cheddar cheese, onions, chives, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, chili powder and some dashes of hot sauce.
