These are my links for November 19th through November 20th:
- Which Social Media Apologies Rebuild Trust? – Today has been a bounty of great reminders and thoughts. Another important communication skill: the art of the apology. What are your rules of thumb for saying "sorry"?
- 90-9-1 – The principle of participation in any group — a handy reference point. When are you 90 – 9 – 1?
- Why the Four C’s of Community Require the Commitment of Many – Advertising Age – DigitalNext – For some of us this is a given, but we can't take it for granted — and this applies online and off. (Naturally.)
- Have Passion, and Be Amazing – Not bad goals, I think.

These are my links for November 13th through November 16th:
- 15 Famously Filthy People From the Pages of History — ty.rannosaur.us – via Mental Floss … if you ever wanted to know who were the biggest smelly slobs in history, this list might be a start. More tilted toward people than probably verifiable slobbishness, but still a fun read. Witness: "When offered a toothbrush by one of his physicians, Mao refused on the grounds that tigers didn’t brush their teeth either. You can’t argue with that logic."
- mental_floss store :: T-Shirts :: Hokey Pokey T-shirt – I'm definitely adding this to my wish list.
- Big Idea or Just Creepy? Send Real Gifts to an Email Address With Tigerbow – Actually think this is a great idea — especially with our ever expanding social circles online.
- MAKE: Blog: Bacon wrap – Yesterday Jamelah mentioned she was working on a crochet project… I really hope this is it.

These are my links for November 13th:
- Recipe: Portuguese Sweet Bread (Pao doce) – I need to make this for my daughter's middle school Family Heritage Night. Unless I come up with another brilliant idea.
- Autumn Bonsai Exhibit — National Arboretum – Another thing I need to check out, since apparently I've missed the foliage this year. I think the trees were on fast forward this time around.
- FotoWeek/DC – November 15-22, 2008 – I think I need to check this out. Anyone ever been?
