We’re having a bit of girls’ weekend this weekend as Marc’s in New York for a few days visiting the kids and taking care of his license plates (more on this later). Although we do miss him when he’s away, we take the opportunity to carb out a bit on things we know we couldn’t get away with serving otherwise. So tonight we turned out kitchen into a pizza factory — cooking up one pie with the obligatory heaps of cheese and pepperoni and then dishing out another one… cookie style. Because even pizza is better with rainbow sprinkles.
